Lord Dreckin, god-emporer of the Verge and architect of the cog resurgence, has rebuilt the ancient technology using slaves to power his machines, weapons, and civilization. His ultimate agenda is unclear however. His face is omnipresent, but he's never been seen in person. He enforces his will through General Lysander, his "military implement" beyond The Verge. |
